1427 RESOLUTION NO. 1422
WHEREAS, It has beennecessary for the City to take
steps which if carried out will increase the burden of the tax
payers before the City Auditorium can be completed; and
WHEREAS, In order for the council to take proper
steps the Council deems it proper for its membership to be
completely advised as to the amount of money which the city has
already received and the amount of money already spent;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED
By the City Council, That the Mayor, City Treasurer,
and the Auditorium Committee be instructed to present to the
Council on the 13th day of June , 1938, at p.m. , a
complete report showing an itemized statement of receipts,
disbursements, and all financial committments binding on the
City in relation to the proposed City Auditorium.
