1407 RESOLUTION NO. 1407
SECTION I. Be it resolved that the Superintendent
of the Little Rock City Hospital is hereby authorized and
directed to receive of and from the Crippled Childrens'
Division of the State Department of Public Welfare all
crippled children that may be presented for admittance to
said hospital.
SECTION II. A daily charge shall be made for each
current patient received under Section I of this Resolution
in such amount as was the daily cost of each patient in said
hospital for the preceeding month.
SECTION III. All ordinances and parts of
ordinances and resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed and this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage .
