LH RE:A.S, R. vv. Polk and wife have heretofore con-
veyed to the City of Little Rock an easement across the

Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 4,
Township 1 North, Range 13 'west of Pulaski County, for a
water pine line; and, wHiR .AO, the engineers have changed
the course of said pipe line so as to cross the East Half
of the northwest ,;uarter of Section 4, Township 1 North,
—n`e est, and the said R. W. Polk and wife have agreed
to convey to the City an easement right across said last
named lands without any additional payment on the part of
the City, provided the City of Little Rock execute its prop-
er release to the easement right heretofore conveyed to it.
NON, THEREFORE,

LITTLE ROCK, RKANSAS:
That the ifisyor of the City of Little Rock be and
he is hereby autbrized and directed to release to the said
R. W. folk and wife the easement right heretofore rroeured
by the City across the northeast <;u rter of the Northwest uasr-
ter, of Section 4, Townshipi 1 'north, Range 13 vwest, in excharg e
for an easement from the said R. 4` . folk and wife of a fifty
foot strip of land across the East half of the lorthwest
ter of Section 4, Townghi') I North, dan 'e 1 vest , Pil.a stLi
County, Arkansas.
