Overman Little Rock, Arkansas Dear Sir: Re: Street Improvement District No. 193 of Little Rock Referring to my conversation with you this afternoon, I enclose form of resolution to be adopted by the Council accepting the offer of the commissioners of this district to turn over to the City funds which the district now has on hand on condition that the City will keep them in a separate account and use them only for repairs on the streets within the district. As I told you today, the improvements for which the district was organized were completed many years ago, and the funds referred to in the resolution cover an unexpended balance. If the Council will adopt this resolution at its meeting Monday night, and you will send me a certified copy, I will arrange for the commissioners to deliver a check to the City and the assignments of the restricted accounts.
