13721372 RESOLUTION NO. 1372 Y.THERSAS, Approximately the sum of X22 %000,00 . °mss been allo- cated by the Federal Government through the State Highway Depart- ment to the completion of the Ufiderp ass- 'on''West Seventh' -treet Uhder the Rock Island & Missouri Pacific Railroads; now j THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the Little Rock City Council nominate and elect a committee of three aldermen, as follows: Aldermen A. Olive, Ray Minder and Geo. Muswiak, the said aldermen to be empowered and directed to engage some per- son or persons, not more than three in number, to secure options from the respective land owners along the course of said proposed project, and when the options are secured to submit the same to the council at which time the council shall determine the amount the City of Little Hock will pay for the right -of -way and the fee that will be paid for the services of the person or persons securing the options on said property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said committee is directed to report progress at each subsequent meeting of the City Council un- til right -of -way is secured and payment thereof made. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That it is the purpose of this resolution to select a committee with definite duties to perform and advise with the Mayor in the completion of said project.
