AN ORDINANCE APPRO PRI ATIM $4000.00 TO ASSIST STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.226
AND FOR OTHER PURPO SES .
WHEREAS, the actual cost of excavation, buildirk;; culverts and grading sidewalks
in Street Improvement District No. 226 will be more than 1,3,000.00; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sum of X4,000.00 be, and the same is hereby, appropriated
out of the general fund of the city of Little Rock to be expended by the Board of
Public Affairs in assisting Street Improvement District No 226. Said sum to be
paid in city warrants due and payable as follows: -
Due July 25th, 1916, e,21000.00
Due July 25th,1917, 11000.00
Due July 25th, 1918 , 11000.00
SECTION 2. This ordinE,.nce shall be in force and take effect from and after its
passage.
