RESOLUTION TRIO. 1367.
A RESOLUTION RE�,UESTING THAT THE EXPLORA T I01� V ORK FOR THE
DAM SITE BE DONE ON FORCE ACCOUNT.
WHEREAS, in determining the location of the da_
on Alum Fork it is necessary to do certain_ exploration work
which the engineers advise can best be done on force ac-
count; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to obtain
permission from the r`ederal -�friergency Administration of Pub-
lic '�`orks for the doing off said i�,ork on force account before
it can be handled in that manner; NOVv, THEREFORE,
BE I1' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Oar. THE CITY OF
LITTL ROCK, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to
request the r'ederal Emergency Administration of rublic Z "orks
to grant aut'_ority to the City aut'_orizing it to permit the
City to do all exploration v�ork for the location of the dam
for the new water supply on Alum Fork to be done by force
account.
