LIGHT COMPANY TO ERECT TWO STEEL TO `:ERS ON LANDS OWNED BY
IT NEAR INEZ STREET FOR POWER WIRES ACROSS THE RIVER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
That approvz.l is hereby given to the Arkansas Power
& Light Company to erect two steel towers one hundred and
seven (107) feet high on property owned by that Company on
the bank of the Arkansas River near the north end of Inez
Street, extended; such to7aers to be painted, marked and lighted
in accordance with specifications heretofore given the said
Company by the United States Department of Commerce.
