A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DRAWINGS, PLANS AND SPECIFI-
CATIONS FOR THE COMBINATION ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING AND
AIRPLANE HANGAR AT THE LITTLE ROCK AIR DEPOT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the working drawings, plans and specifica-
tions prepared by Tom Harding and revised by persons acting on be-
half of the United States, for the construction of the combination
administrative building and airplane hangar to be constructed by
the United States on property known as the Little 'zock Air 'jepot,
(herein called the "Project ") be, and the same are hereby, in all
respects, approved, said drawings, plans and specifications having
been prepared in accordance :>ith the wishes of the City of Little
pock; and that any and all changes and revisions hereafter made in
such drawings, plans and specifications for said Project be and the
same are hereby in all respects approved.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor of the City of Little ock be and
he is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City, to
certify that such drawings, plans and specifications for the Pro-
ject are approved by the amity and to execute such endorsements, cer-
tificates or other instruments in this connection as the Federal
Emergency hdministration of Public '�norks may require.
SECTION 3. That the :;lerk of the City of Little Rock be and
he is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to send to said Fed-
eral emergency _'dninistration of Public `iyorks t�vo certified copies
of the proceedings of the City Council in connection with the adop-
tion of this resolution, including the resolution itself, and such
further documents of proof in connection with the approval of said
drawings, plans and specifications as may be required by said Fed-
eral Emergency Administration of Public `i orks.
