hereby authorized to execute and file an amended application
on behalf of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to t °-:e United
tates of -- m.erica for a loan and grant to aid in financing the
construction. of a water distribution system for the city of Lit-
tle no ck , Arkansas.
Section 2. That x. E. Overman, lviayor, be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to furnish such infomation as
the United Mates of hmerica through the Federal Emergency Ad-
ministration of rublic �-orks may reasonably request in connect-
ion with the application which is herein aut'- prized to be filed.
