?MEAS, the Sewer Committee heretofore appointed by
this City Council has entered into a contract dated the
day of July, 1935 with Hugh R. Carter and his associate, Frank
Ao Pritchett, for engineering services in connection with the
sewer project as contemplated; and
?,THIREAS, it appears that the said contract is to the
best interests of the City and is necessary in order to complete
the project as contemplated;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the action of the Sewer
Committee in entering into the contract be and is in all respects
hereby ratified, confirmed and approved;
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that, the contract be and the
same is hereby in all respects ratified, confirmed and approved.
