1333Qua 4 � RESOLUTION No. 3 3 ;iHEREAS, the Board of Public Affairs has entered into a contract employing Hugh R. Carter and his associate, Frank A. Pritchett, as engineers, to prepare the preliminary plans, estimates, costs, and an application to the Public Works Administration or other governmental agency for funds sufficient to construct a com- plete sewer system; and T°JiEREAS, it appears that the contract is to the best interests of the City to the end that the application may be made to the Public ti;orks Administration or other governmental agency for funds sufficient to complete the project; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said contract here- tofore entered into by and between the Board of Public Affairs for the City of Little Rock and Hugh R. Carter and Frank A. Pritchett, his associate, Engineers, dated the day of July, 1935 be tad the some is hereby in all respects ratified, confirmed and approved.
