IY NEMORW OF THE LATE ASBURY 't�INDER DECEASED
v- EREAS, on December 20, 1934 the late Asbury winder was
called by death; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Winder came to the State of Arkansas in 1900
and has been an honorable, respectful and law abiding citizen of
this state since that date; and,
'y'HEREAS, his death has brought a weight of sorrow to his
immediate family and his many friends which we sincerely hope the
passing of time will tend to alleviate,
Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
AND THE INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS THEREOF
That in the death of Asbury Winder the State of Arkansas,
Pulas'ci County and the City of Little Rock has lost a most zealous
and patriotic citizen; that his wife has lost a kind and affection-
ate husband; that his sons and daughters have lost a dutiful and
affectionate father; that his great host of friends have lost a kind
and considerate member of their circle, and that our heartfelt
sympathy is extended to each of them in their great bereavement, be
it further resolved that this Resolution be entered upon the perman-
ant records of this City and that the City Clerk of the City of
Little Rock transmit to the widow and children of the deceased a
copy hereof.
