WHEREAS,
Circuit Court the

impounded in the
Thousand Dollars
registry of
($15000.00)
the Pulaski County
as a result of
an order issued by
said court in
the suit brought
by the City
of Little Rock
to condemn certain
land adjacent
to the Little Rock Municipal
Airport, which
suit was filed on or about the
day of
I --1 3 and,
WHEREAS, Said Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15000.00) was money belono-
ing to the City of Little Rock and said deposit was ordered to protect the
defendants against possible damages; and,
T, P12EAS, The City of Little Rock entered upon the said land and though
said land was never finally taken by the City of Little Rock, certain owners
of said land are claiming damages therefor; and,
WFEREAS, The Mayor and the former City Attorney acting in his official
capacity at that time as such City Attorney, entered into an agreement with
said property owners that the City ould
Y pay the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars

($1500.00) as damages; and,
WHEREAS, Said agreement should be carried out;
Now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AKRA.7,SAS
That the Mayor and City Treasurer are hereby authorized to carry out
such agree,Aient by paying the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1500.00) to the
attorneys representing those claiLiine, such damages upon the dismissal with
?rejudice of the suit now pending and the return to the City of the balance now
field in the registry of the Court.
