':;WHEREAS under the instructions of the Proper Officials of
the Public ' "orks Administration It is necessary that a decision
of the Supreme Court of Arkansas be obtained upon certain legal
matters connected with the application of the City of Little Rock
to the Public 'forks _administration for the erection of a Hangar
at the Little ?dock 1.1unicipal :airport by the Public :'orks Administration
and a lease thereof to the City of Little Rock, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
That the '-.rtayor and �i ty . t torney be authorized to do all
things necessary in connection with the obtaining of the decision
of the Supreme Court of : "Irkansas, including the employment of a
special attorney to bring said suit on behalf of a tax payer,
provided that the attorney fees to be paid for such services shall
not exceed the sum of 3250.00
