with Portland cement concrete, 1 -2 -3 mix, the streets set out in
their petition, have petitioned the City Council of little Rock
for the construction of said improvement, and that the cost
thereof shall be assessed upon the real property within said
District according to benefits received; and

BE IT OP, &INJO by the City Council of Little Rock, Ark:
SLCTIO 1: That the said several blocks, lots and par-
eels of real propert`% z:rithin said Street Improvement District Ia.
275 be, and they are hereby assessed according to the assessment
as the same novT remains in the office of the City Clerk of the
City of little Rock, and as the same may be annually readjusted
by the Board of Assessors, and that ten per centum (10(,")) of said
assessment of the value of the benefits of each of said lots,
blocks and parcels of land shall be paid, annually on or before

the 15th day of August of each year until the whole of said
assessment shall have been paid. The first installment of said
assessment shall be paid. on or before the 15th day of .August,1920.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are-repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
