BE IT ORDAII3ED BY HE CITY COUNCIL OF THu CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any
person, firm or corporation driving any automobile, truck or other
motor vehicle upon any street in the City of Little Rock to sound,
blow, or cause any noise from what is commonly known as .a siren horn
or whistle, or other horn or whistle operated from or in connection
with the exhaust from said automobile or emitting similar sounds,
shrieks or noises to that of a siren horn or whistle.
Section 2. Any person, fire or corporation violating any
of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor and u-p on conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not
Mess than :5.00 nor more than "25.00.
Section 3. �11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take ef-
fect and be in force from and after its passage. v
