Whereas, Tars. H. F. Auten, under authority from the
City of Little Rock, was permitted to build a private sewer
through shock numbered One of Auten and Moss Addition to the
City of Little Rock; and
Whereas, no provision was made for other connections nor
any sum or price set which the said Mrs. H. F. Auten should
charge for any connections, other than her own property, if
such should be made;
HOLY THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK: � )
Section 1. The sewer now running north and south through
Block one of Autee and Moss Addition to the City of Little Rock,
being the sewer constructed by Yrs. H. F. Auten, is hereby de-
clared to be a private sewer and for each residence connecting
4ith said sewer, either in said block or in Lee Avenue,

Section 2. Any person firm or corporation connecting with said
sewer "ithout having first paid said connection fee shall be guilty
of a misdeamnor and shall be fined in any sum not m�xtkzx less
than five dollars nor more than twenty five dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
