An ordinance laying off certain portion of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, into a Street Improvement District and designating the
boundaries thereof, said district to be known as "Street Improvement
District No. _ z0► � ".

WHETAS, more than ten owners of real property within the por-
tion of Little Rockk, hereinafter set forth have petitioned the City Coun-
cil of the City of Little Rock, klrhansas, to take steps toward the making
of local improvements therein by grading and paving with concrete, asphal-
tic concrete, sheet asphalt or with such other materials and in such man-
ner as the commissioners of said district shall determine to be for the
best interests of the district, the following streets:
State Street and Izard Street, respectively, from the
north property line of ',`lest 27th Street to the north
property line of Blest 30th Street.
Gaines Street from the south property line of West
28th Street to the north property line of Blest 30th
Street.
lest 27th and '.oest 28th Streets, respectively, frost
the east pro. arty line of Izard Street to the west`
property line of "irch Street, e«cept those street
intersections that are already paved.
THEIMFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Roc17, Arkansas:
Section 1: That Street Improvement District Teo. of
the City of little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby created
and established for the purpose of making local improvements therein
by grading and paving with concrete, asphaltic concrete, sheet asphalt
or with such other materials and in such manner as the commissioners
of said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the
district, the following streets:

north property line of Blest 27th Street,to the north
property line of 'dest 30th Street.
Gaines Street from the South property line of 'Nest 28th
Street to the north property line of '.`lest 30th Street.

east property line of Izard Street to the west property
line of Arch Street, except those street intersections
that are already paved,
all in the City of Little Rock:, Arkansas, in accordance with the Act of
the General A *sembly of the State of Arkansas entitled, "An Act to regu-
late the local Improvements in Cities of the 2irst Class ", approved
Tla rch 22nd, 1881 and amendments thereto. That the boundaries of said
district shall include the following property:
Lots 4,5,6,7,8, and 9 of Blocks 2,15 and 16;
Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,10,11 and 12 of Block 4;
lots 1,2,3,4,5, and 6 of Block 5;
Lots 7,8,9,10,11 and 12 of Blocks 28, 29 and 30.
And all of Blocks 3,12,13,14,19,20, and 21 all
in Kimball's South Park Addition to the City of
little mock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Section 2: That all ordinances in conflict herewith are here-
by repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within 20 days
