I� AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF PROSPECT AVENUE BETWEEN FAIRFAX AND CHARLES
STREETS, kND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0�' LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the privilege is hereby granted the resi-
dents along the south side of Prospect Avenue, between Fairfax
and Charles Streets, to construct along said side of said street
sidewalks of the width of four feet only, said sidewalks, in ever
manner except as to width, to comply with the city ordinances
heretofore made and provided, and exception permitted only as to
width on account of the grade and manner in which Prospect Avenue,
between said Fairfax and Charles Streets, is laid out.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
