An Ordinance Aupropria�iug out of the Street Fund
to Pay for Tons of iisp alt Purchased from
Moreno- Burkham Construction Company, and For other •
Purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1.
The sum of 0
ar as much
thereof as may be necessary, be and4the same is hereby appropri-
ated out of any moneys in the automobile or street fund not
otherwise appropriated to pay Moreno- Burkham Construction Company,

for /✓ y tons of asphalt purchased from the said
Moreno- Burkham Construction Company and used in general repair,
maintenance, backfills of corporation cuts, and such other re-
pairs as have been made or are to be hereafter made on West 10th, I
Pine, Fairfax, or other streets, and the IIayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to draw the City's warrant for
said sum, or as much thereof as may be necessary, to pay therefor
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
