ORDINANCE NO. 2736.
�ln Ordinance Providing for the Construction of Sidewalks on
the West Side of Pine Street, from 13th Street to 16�h Street,
and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAIDED BY THE CITY jOM CI.il OT' T=,, CITY QF LITTLE ROCS:
Section 1. That the privilege is hereby granted the
residents along the west side of Pine Street, from 13th Street to
16th Street, to construct along the west side of said street
sidewalks of the width of four feet only, said sidewalks, in every
manner except as to width, to comply with the city ordinances
heretofore made and provided, and exception to the specifications
provided in said ordinances permitted only as to width.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
tale effect and be in force from and after its passage.
