AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, INTO A LOCAL UgTROVaIENT DISTRICT AND DESIG-
RATING THE BOUND:: THEtROOF, SAID DISTRICT TO BE KNO`vM AS It STREET

MILREAS, more than ten owners of real property with in the
bounds herein mentioned have petitioned the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, to take steps looking toward the waking Of local
Improvements therein by grading and paving with asphalt, asphaltic
concrete, bitulithic, bituminous macadam or any other material h the
comnissioners ( to be hereafter selected) may deem best, all that portion
of the following streets in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, except the intersections of streets heretofore paved, to —wit;
Woodlawn Avenue from Prospect Avenue to Beech Street and
from Palm Street to Van Buren Street;
F Street from Palm Street to Jackson Street and
from Jackson Street to Sian Buren Street;
G Street from Spruce Street to Van Buren Street;

Section 1. That " Street Improvement District No of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas," be and the same hereby created,
layed out and established for the purpose of grading and paving with
asphalts asphaltic concrete, bitulithic, bituminous macadam, or any
other material which the comissioners ( to be hereafter selected) may
deem best, all that portion of the following streets in the City of
Little Rock; Pulaski County, Arkansas, excepting the intersections of streets
heretofore paved, to -wit;

from Palm Street to Van Buren Street;
F Street from Palm Street to Jackson Street and
from Jackson Street to Van Buren Street;
G Street from Spruce Street to Van Buren Street;
H Street from Prospect Avenue to Harrison Street;
I Street from Prospect Avenue to Harrison Street and
from Beech Street to Jackson Street;

the North property line of K Street; in accordance with an Act
of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled,
" An Act To Regulate The IZanner Of Assessing Real Property For ,Local
Impoovements In Cities Of The First and Second Class," Approved Larch 22,
1881, and amendments thereto.
Section 2. That the District hereby created, laid out and established
shall include that portion of the City of Little Rock, described as follows,

effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication; and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the passage of this
ordinance to publish same in some newspaper og general circulation in the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for one insertion.
