y AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 1825.00, OR AN
MUCE THEREOF X46 IaY BE NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN AUTO*
MOBILE FOR THE POLICE DEPA. TME4NT AND FOR OTH R PURPOSES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock:
Section 1. The sum of $825.00, or as much theremf as may be
necessary is hereby appropriated out of any money in the general
revenue fund not otherwise appropriated for the purchase of drerO- ✓"
automobile for the use of the Chief of the Police - Department and
the 1.1ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
draw the Cities' warrant kxxxfxx or warrants therefor, said warrant
or warrants maturing at such times as may in their discretion may
seem best.
:section 2. In addition to the said sum hereby appropriated Xaitt
the car now in use by the head of said department may be traded in
upon such carte as may be purchased for such sum or ct3edi t as the
Board of Public Affairs may be able to secure therefor.
".Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
If6tewith are hereby repeal'ed'and this ordinance shall be in full foree
and effect from and after its passage.
