BE IT MAIN= BY THE, E CITY COUNCIL OF TH;] CITY OF LITTLE ROCK : -
Section 1. That the right of any person, firm
or corporation to use the streets or sidewalks for storage of
building material shall be subject to the approval of the Mayor
and Street Committee of the City i;ouncil and may be revoked
at any time when, in the judgment of the ,iayor and street Jom-
mittee and .:ity : ngineer, it may become necessary or expedient.
erection 2. Any person, firm or corporation
violating the terns of this ordinance shall, upon conviction
thereof, be fined in any surn not less than Five Dollars (,L5.00)
nor more than Twenty -five 1)ollars ($25.00) for each offense and
each day shall constitute a separate offense.
:.ection 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
