ORDINANCE NO.02
All ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SULi OF X1202.50, OR AS LIUCH THEREOF
AS MAY BE NECESSARY, TO PAY MORENO- BURKHA,i COVSTRUCTION
COIVIPADY POR STREET REPAIRS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or ThE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the stun of $1202.50, or as much thereof
as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of the general
revenue fund not otherwise appropriated for the payment of the
account of the b1oreno- Burkham Construction Company for repairing
the intersection of 23d and Arch Street, for patching West 14th
Street and placing small patches in other streets; and the Idayor
and City clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the
City's warrant therefor, making the same payable to Fiioreno- Burkhan
Construction CompLny.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
