An Ordinance forbidding Actresses From Appearing Up ,n Any Stage
in the City-of Little Rock in a Nude or tartly Nude
Condition.
IT ORDAINED BY TH7 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
erection 1. Hereafter it shall be Unlawful for any
actress or actresses to appear upon any stage in the city of
Little _dock i+ nude or partly nude condition.
Section 2. Any person or persons* violatbng the
provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than
ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars (�- 50.00) for
eao# offence.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, and all ordinances txxzzxf iz
or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
