ORDINANCE NO. 2772.r-
An Ordinance Requiring the Extension by the Arkansaw 'Rater Com-
pany of its Idains East on Eighth Street from Brown to Johnson
Street and South on Denison Street from Wright Avenue to
26th Street, and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIC CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Arkansaw Water Company be and it is
hereby required to extend its mains east on Eighth Street, from
Brown Street to Johnson Street, and south on Denison Street, from
Wright Avenue to Twenty -Sixth Street, and the said Arkansaw Water
Company shall locate fire hydrants along said extensions at inter-
vals of approximately 520 to 530 feet, one of said hydrants to be
located at Eighth and Johnson Streets and the others at arrroxi-
mately said intervals and at such places as the Chief of the Fire
Department may designate.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 2687 and all other ordinances
and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
