ORDINANCE NO. 2774.
An Ordinance Ratifying the Action of the Board of Public Affairs
of the City of Little Rock in executing a Lease with the
Plunkett- Jarrell Grocer Company, and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the action of the Board of Public Af-
fairs of the City of Little Rock, in executing a lease, upon No-
vember 2, 1920, by and between the City of Little Rock:, acting
through said board, and Plunkett- Jarrell Grocer Company, of a
strip of ground eight feet wide, north Of and adjacent to North
Ferry Street, on a line commencing at the northwest corner of the
building occupied by the Plunkett- Jarrell Grocer Company and ex-
tending to the northeast corner of the building occupied by the
Little Rock Paper & Bag Company, for a term of fifteen years, at
an annual rental of 025.00 per year, to be paid. in advance, is
hereby ratified and. confirmed and the City Collector is hereby
instructed to collect the rental named therein, in advance.
Section 2. All ordinances, and parts of ordinances, in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
