AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCS INTO A STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO
BE KNOWN AS STREET IMPROVENENT DISTRICT N0. 30 ��;
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES, THEREOF.
IHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, herein-
after described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps
toward making of local improvements therein by forming the ter-
ritory hereinafter described into an improvement district for
the purposes hereinafter set out:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:

an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled
"An Act to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First
Class ", approved Mlarch 22, 1881 and amendments thereto; that the
boundaries of said district shall include the following property:
All of Blocks 1 and 8; Lots 7,8,9,10,11 and 12 of
Blocks 2 and 7, all in Capital Hill Extension Ad-
dition. A strip of ground North of Lot 2 of Block
3 of Park Addition and South of West 12th Street,

said strip being in Capital Hill Extension Addition.

and 12 of Block 6; all of combined Block 4 and 5---all of
Block 11;that part of 'rest End Park lying 150 feet Test of

Addition.

SECTION 2: That -ll ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of
its passage to publish the same in some newspaper published in
the City of Little Rock for one insertion.
