CORRUGATED IRON BUILDING UPON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
WATER AND STATE STREETS, AND FOR OTT=ER PUFF OSyS .
BE IT ORD AI-NED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 07 TF j CITY 07 LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted. to Ed H. Colgan
to erect a one- story, concrete floored, all steel frame work,
corrugated iron sides and roofed building upon the two lots on
the southeast corner of Plater and State Streets, and to maintain
said building with said corrugated iron sides and roof thereupon
for a period of one year from: the date of the passage of this
ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance neither repeals nor amen_:, any
section or any part of the present Building Code except as to
these particular lots, for the period above stated, and at the
expiration of said period said building must be remodeled or re-
built to comply with the different sections of t'r_e Building Code
now in effect.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage.
