An Ordinance Appropriating X5500.00 to Pay .oreno- Burkham Con-
struction Company for the Repairing of Certain Streets in
the City of Little Rock, and for other purposes.

Section 1. The sum of X5500.00 is hereby appropriated,
out of any r.-.oneys in the fund not `
otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of paying E oreno- Burkham
Construction Company for patching certain streets in the City of
Little Rock, 1�4000.00 c) lo said sum to be used In ioll - - tirtain
patching and surfacing work upon l4tl_ Street, and 1500.00 for
patching upon other streets in the city, said money to be ex-
pended under the direction of the I,: ayor, City Engineer and Street
Commissioner, who are hereby authorized directed to r- a':e
definite contract with the said. 1 oreno- Burkham Construction Com-
pany for the doing of said work befo--e an-�,7 portion of t} e above
sum is expended.
Section 2. The L:ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to draw the City's warrants for said sure, in such
an_ounts as may be necessary.
Section 3. __11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall talKe
elfect and be in force from and after its passage.
