` An Ordinance. No. 2786.
An ordinance amending the general sidewalk ordinances
so that side walks four feet wide may be built in the Addition
to the City of Little =pock to be platted in the YTj- of the NW4
of the NE; of Section 31, Twp 2N, R 12 W. , and for other ,
purposes.
Be it ordained by the City Council of th& City of Little hock:
Section 1. All sidewalks under course of construction or
which may hereafter be constructed in that portion of the City
described as follows: W-- of the NW L of the BE of Section
319, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, may be four feet or more
in width and shall in all other respects comply with the
general ordinances governing the construction of sidewalks
in the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. No ordinances or parts of ordinances ixxmm-
:f%JM:kXkRawwftk are repealed hereby axt except insofar as they
affect the above tract of land nor repealed as to said track
of land except that the width of the walks therein may be only
four feet.
