F ORDINANCE N0. 2794,
An Ordinance Appropriating t274.01 to Pay C. E. Smith & Company
Balance Due for Services Rendered, and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The sum of $274.01 is hereby appropriated
out of any money in the general revenue fund not otherwise
appropriated to pay C. E. Smith & Company balance due for serv-
ices rendered to the City of Little Rock in making appraisal AA
Southwestern Bell Telephone Company case; and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the City's war-
rant for said sum in favor of the said C. E. Smith & Company.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
