An Ordinance ?appropriating the Sum of :15.00 to Fay A. L. Boyd
for Injury caused by Police Car, and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
;section 1. The slur: of 1b.00 is hereby appropriated out
of any funds in the General Revenue fund, not otherwise appropriated,
for the payment of the claim of A. L. Boyd against the City of Little
_roc,-, growing out of in uries sustained by hire when struck by police
car on Nineteenth Street Pike April 27, 1921. And the ma`Tor and city
clerk are hereby authorized. and directed to draw the City's warrant
for said sure, payable to the said A. L. Boyd.
Section 2. All ordinances and.parts of ordinances in con-
flirt herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
force from and after its passage.
