Section 1. The sum of o�410.00, or as much thereof as. may be
necessary, is hereb- appropriated out of any crone -1 - in the General reve-
nue fund riot otherwise expended, for the purpose of purchasing one
rr:otorcycle for use in the Police iiepartm:ent, and the I -layor and City
Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver the City's warrant there-
for, making. the rnaturity thereof at such date as may to there seem best.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
:Herewith are hereb7T repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect and -
be in force from and after its passage.
