and has been tested -tor tuberculosis and said test proving negative,
and upon compliance �.-ith this ordinance and any sanitary rules of the
Board of Health, the City Health Officer or the Health Department

shall issue to such person, firm or corporation a permit authorizing
the keeping of such cow or cow and suckling calf within the corporate
limits.

Section 3. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or

corporation to keep or maintain any goat or goats, kid or kids, or
sheep within the corporate limits unless a permit is first obtained
from the City Health Officer or Health Department and. all ordinances
and rules of the Board of Health in regard to the keeping of such
animals are com-olied 1,Jith.
Section 4. No permit for the keeping of any animals re-
(erred to in this ordinance shall, be issued until after application
is made, in °citing, accompanied by the veterinarian's certificate,
and the payment of the stun of : 1.00, which permit shall be for a
period of one year from date thereof. Said fee of 11-On shall be
kept in a separate fund, for the purpose of partially defraying the
expenses of inspection.
Section 5. All stables, sheds, barns or premises where any j
cow, calf, goat, goats, kid, kids or sheep are kept shall be kept
�� °dean and sanitary at all times and shall be disinfected. and main-
twined in such. manner and under such rules as may have been or may
hereafter be promulgated_ by the City Board of Health or rules and regu-
lations of the City Health Department.
:section 6. Any person, firm or corporation violating any
of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and uron conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than ,�)1n.00 nor
more than '?100.01), and_ each day of failure or refusal or neglect to
comply 1Fiith the terms and provisions of this ordinance shall be con-
Bidered a separate offense.
Section 7. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and. this ordinance shall tske effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
