AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF A FRAM STRUCTURE AT
2307 MAIN STREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINJD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to W. B. Dock,
and the Building Inspector is hereby instructed and authorized to
issue a permit for the erection of a one - story, frame addition to
the building at 2307 Main Street, to W. B. Dock, and the provisions
of the Building Code are amended in so far only as may be necessary
to erect said building at said address, and for no other purpose.
Section 2. No provisions of the Building Code or general
ordinances of the City of Little Rock are repealed or amended except
in so far as they relate to the above building at the above location.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage.
