Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock :

Sec.l. The as m of oo001—F!, or as much thereof as may be
necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
general revenue f and riot otherwise expended for the purpose
of paying R. f. Helbr::on f cr his services and expen ses as
fiscal agent f r the �yi of Little nock in securing the
refunding of worth of city warrants, and the
Yiayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
draw the city's warrant for such sum,or as much thereof as
may be ne cessary, , sa id warrant bearin g such maturi ty as in
their discretion may appear to be to the best interests of
the ci ty.
Sec.2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
