ORDINANCE NO. 2820.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 69450.00, OR AS MUCH THEREOF
AS MAY BE NECESSARY, TO PAY MORENO- BURYLHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR REPAIRS HERETOFORE MADE ON EAST SIXTH STREET, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of 9450.00, or as much thereof as
may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any sums in the
street or road fund of the City of Little Rock not otherwise appropri-
ated, for the purpose of paying the IvIoreno- Burkha.m Construction Com-
company
pany for repairs heretofore made by said upon Last Sixth. Street, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw
the City's warrant for such sum, or such portion thereof as may be
necessary, making the maturity of said warrant at such date as in
their discretion may seem to the best interests of the city.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and. this ordinance shall take ef-
fect and be in force from and after its passage.
