All ORDTNANCE P=11ITTING THE LAYING Or FOUR -FOOT
SI EV`1ALKS UPON 11TH ST., BETN EN JOHNSON ST., AND BROWN ST.,
AND FOR OTHLR PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Sectionl. All persons, firms and corporations
owning property abutting �deUi, 11th St., between Johnson St., and
Brown Street are hereby permitted to lay sidewalks of only four
feet in width but said walks shall in all other respects comply
with the general City ordinances with respect to the construc-
tion of sidewalks and said ordinances are not modified, amended
or repealed except as herein specified and with respect to the
property herein described.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
