ORDINANCE NO. 2823.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUIyI OF $4 642.00
N-OR TIE,, PURCHASE OF A ROLLER FOR THE STREET DP,PARTM iNT AND FOR
OTH''.R PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIT CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
Sec. 1. The sum of ;-�4 042.00, or as much thereof
as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the automobile or street funds not otherwise app;:apriated for
the purpose of purchasing a roller for the street department,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to draw the 6ity's warrants for such su_m, or as much thereof
as may be necessary, making the matarity or the maturities
thereon at such dates as in their discretion may appear to be
to the best interests of the City.
Sec. 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
