Dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, for the
Purchase of an Automobile for the Lighting
Department.

Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock:
Section one, The sum of six hundred dollars or as much
thereof as may be necessary is hereby appropriated out of any

money in the general fund not otherwise expended for the pur- r
pose of purchasing an automobile for the lighting department
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed""`
to draw the titre' warrant therefor with such maturity named
therein as, in their doscretion, may be to the Citia,s' best
interest.
Section two, All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
