An Ordinance Appropriating the Sum of S"2500.00, or as much there-
of as may be necessary, to Pay for the Services of D. B. Renfr
as Fiscal Agent of the City of Little Rock, for his Expenses;
li and Services in Securing a Loan iron: the Kittle Rock
Clearing Fouse Association, and for other rurroses.
BE IT ORDAI7ED BY TFE CITY COUNCIL OF TM] CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section I. The sum of x:2500.00 , or as much thereof as
may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any sums of money,
in -the general fund
f not otherwise expended, for the purpose of paying D. B. Renfro,
fiscal agent, Tor his expenses and services in securing a loan
of X50,000.00 from the little Rock Clearing ??ou_se Association;
and the I:7.ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to draw the city's warrants therefor, in such denominations and

with such maturities as may in their discretion be for the best
interests of the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
