ON RIDGED "JAY AVENUE, Bl:�JITEEN LEE AVENUE %ND '1A=AM STREET,
TO CONSTRUCT c�IDWALKS,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it ordained b,r the City Council of the City of
Little Rock:
Section 1. The owners of all real property, abutting
on Ridgeway Avenue, between Lee Avenue and 2,,Tarkham Street,
are hereby required within a period of ninety days from
the passage of this ordin-nee to build q.nd maintain side
walks along their property on Ridgy eway Avenue; said side
walks to be constructed of the material and of such dimen-
tions and in such manner as now renuired by the general
ordinances of the City of Little Rock, and under the
supervision of the City Engineer.
Section 2. All persons, firms or corporations violat-
ing this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof in the Municipal Court shall
be fined in any sum not less than 115.00 nor more than
"25.00 .
Section 3. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, in
conflict herewith are hereb- repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage.
