ZDINANCE FOR THE RE -ISSUE OF WARRANT NO. 25332.
Whereas, there has been presented to this council
Warrant No. 25332, issued September 20, 1916, to American La
Incor orated,
France Fire Engine Company/ for 03900.00, maturing September 1,
1921; and,
Whereas, the holder of said warrant has requested its
reissue to American La France Fire Engine Company, Incorporated;
and,
Whereas, this council has carefully investigated the
validity and amount of the indebtedness for which said warrant was
issued; and,
Whereas, this council has ascertained that the said
warrant is a legal and binding obligation of the City of Little
Rock,
Now, Therefore, It is hereby ascertained and de-

clared that said warrant is a valid and existing obligation of
said city; and therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE] CITY COUT'CIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That said warrant, hereinbefore de-
scribed, shall be filed with the City Clem and by him plainly
canceled, by perforation, and kept in his files, and that in lieu
thereof the City of Little Rock, by its Idayor and City Clerk, as
president and clerk of the City Council, issue to the said Ameri-
can La France Fire Engine Company, Incorporated, a warrant of the
City of Little Rock for the sum of 3900.00, in renewal thereof.
Said warrant shall be made payable to American La France Fire Enp
gine Company, Incorporated,
