finance Appropriating the Sum of 195.00 to Pay the
Commercial Trust Company for Their Services and Expenses
as Fiscal Agents of the City of Little Rock, and for
other purposes.
11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, CITY COUIICIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of X195.00 is hereby appropriated
out of any money in the general revenue fund not otherwise ex-
pended, for the purpose of paying the Commercial Trust Company for
their services and expenses as fiscal agents in securing a loan
to be used in the refunding of Warrant No. 25332, and the1.ayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the
City's warrant for said sum of �195.00, payable to the Commercial
Trust Company, making the maturity thereof July 1, 1922.
Section 2. F:11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
,herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
