ORDINANCE NO. 2846.
An Ordinance Appropriating the Sum of $600.00, or as Pouch Thereof
as Ilay Be Necessary, for the Purchase of One Automobile
for the Plumbing Department, and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of 5600.00, or as much thereof
as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in
the general revenue fund not otherwise egpended,for the purpose
of purchasing a Ford runabout for the Plumbing Department. And
the 1.1ayor and City Clerk are authorized to draw the City's warrant
therefor, or for as much thereof as may be necessary, placing the
date of maturity thereof at such time as in their discretion may
seem best.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
