An ordinance ap-propri4ting the sum of $2500.00 to take care of
certain draii-iageeosts in Street Improvement District
TTo.275 of the City of Little Rock,Arr-,ansas and for other
purposes.
} Whereas: Street Improvement District 11o.21b of Little Rock will
make certain d- raina�e improvements that other wise the City of
Little rock itself: 'could have to make,that wila- result in a saving
of more than �2500.00 to the City of Little Rock,now theref oro ,
BE IT ORDAINE:) BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK -.
Sectio4 i. The sum of 02500.00 is hereby appropriated out of any
moneys in the General fund not otherwise ap,propri-
ated,for the purpose of assisting Strec't Improvement District No.
275 in making the drainage of tho streets in said dw strict; and
the mayor and city clerk are hereby autUorized and :lireeted to draw
the City's warrant therefor,in such denominations and with such
dateN of maturity as W their discretion m,%T seem best.
Section 2. All ordinances and harts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed., and thisxu2n12xM ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
