AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK INTO .rk STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT To
BE KNOTUN AS STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO 310
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
VvIHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within that
portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter des-
cribed, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward making
of local improvements therein by forming the territory hereinafter
described into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter
:yet. cut:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1: That said Street Improvement District No.-3/0
of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created and
established for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering
and paving in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners
of said district shall. determine to be for the best interests of the
district, the following streets,
Marshall Street from the south property line of 'Nrig t
Avenue to the north property line of 'v.rest 24t1j treet.
°kest 20th vtreet from the west property line of State
street to the east property line of Wolfe Street.
Vest 19th, tiest 21st and 'Nest 22nd Streets,respectively,
from the west property line of Nigh Street to the east
property line of Wolfe Street,
in the City of T -ittle Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with gn Act of
the General Assembly of the state of Arkansas entitled "An Act to
Regulate local Improvements in Cities of the First lass ", approved
March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries of said
district shall include the following property:
Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 190 200 21, and 22
of Block 2; the south half and the east half of the
north hale' of Block 3; Lots 7, 8, 9, 100 11 and 12
of Block 6; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Block 7; Lots
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 3, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and
16 of Block 14; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, and 12
of Block 15;.Lots 1, 2, 3, 100 11 and 12 of Block 16;
Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of Block 17; and all of
Blocks 4, 50 8, 9, 10 and 11, all in Fleming and Brad -
ford's Addition to the Cite of Little Rock.

SBCTION 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of
its passage to publish the same in some newspaper published in
the Cite of Little Rock for one insertion.
